We had a great lunch on our first visit to Nusa. I like Chinese, Japanese, sushi, Korean - but had no idea what to expect from Indonesian food. We had two plates from the lunch menu. Both were filling and delicious. The crispy chicken was crispy fried white meat, sliced bite-size, with a choice of starch. Nusa is absolutely amazing and a restaurant that Charlotte needs. With the broad range of food options in the city, we really needed an authentic Indonesian restaurant. Chef Robin already delivered on first class sushi, and the addition of Nusa was a spectacular addition to his growing restaurant portfolio. I am of Indonesian decent and I think this place is lovely. The food is not 100% traditional Indonesian food but it has put a great fresh clean twist on their me. We loved the chicken wing satay, gado salad and street noodle was outstanding. Our service and waiter Hendra Everything was presented beautifully and so tasty. We shall be back!
