Perry, John and the crew are the best! Service with a smile is an understatement from this incredible food truck team. The OG, Tonkatsu, the fries… I’m drooling now just writing this. I was lucky enough to find this truck parked across the street from my work one day and I was attracted to the Mario kart themed design, little did I know they were going to introduce me to some of the best food in Charlotte.

Waited for these guys to open, and was first in line, this past weekend at the 4/20 festival; what a great decision! I ordered the spicy fried chicken sandwich and potato salad and all I can say is Wow! Served on thick Texas toast with cabbage and spicy mayo, the chicken was crispy, moist, and perfectly bright white throughout. It was amazing! The breading never shed from the chicken and each bite was equally crunchy and delicious. The potato salad was an excellent accompaniment...

Best food truck in existence. Get the pork chop sandwich, get the chicken tenders, hot dog, fries, anything on the menu is good. And they rotate items that are amazing too. So good.
