Store itself is pretty good. Food is usually on point and not wrong. DO NOT USE THE KFC APP. they use door dash anyway and if anything is wrong you're royally SOL. After 3/4 of my food missing after being delivered by a gentleman who didn't speak a lick of english(thank God I speak spanish!), hands me a bag that I can already tell gas been ripped open and retied, is also just way to light for the things we ordered. I called door dash as the kfc virtual assistant just...

The chicken was good! Very hot and fresh! My only suggestion would be in the drive-thru, to provide better customer service, when speaking to the customer and napkins and utensils should be a must.

I must admit! The service was great! Before leaving the parking lot. I checked to make sure my order was correct. It was, however, one of the two pieces of chicken wasn't appealing to the eye. As soon as I walked back in, they knew there was a problem. Which was handed very professional and to my satisfaction. Great job ??
