1st time going since they reopened. The young lady at the register was pleasant. They were very busy, but i think she handled the pressure well. When the lobby got crowded a gentleman can from the back to help expedite order distribution. My food was good, not to greasy. I got the Hot Honey chicken combo. We waited about 15 mins for our order. I didn't realize until I got home that my sides were not there. When I got back out took them about 15 mins to give me the sides. There was no issues or attitudes when i asked for what was missing. I'll definitely be going back, right now i have no reason not to. Nice upgrades to the interior. I really like how the back of the chairs are the Colonels bow tie.
GHETTO is the world to describe this location . Workers are unprofessional and didn’t even know what they were doing . Food greasy and uncooked. They just re opened so decided to give them a try , never again will not recommend.

Lady at the window was rude as hell , no hey no how you doing nothing … no smile or nothing . Just threw me my food and closed the window then I asked for ranch … never paid for ranch in my life at kfc but she looked at the screen and said ranch is 71 cent and shut the window . It’s not my fault you have a job where you have a job but don’t be rude to the ones paying your bills by eating there . I will be going to another kfc around here maybe their attitudes will be better . Smh

They sell sandwiches without tomatoes, lettuce, cheese or either onion. They need to change that way. They don’t serve food with forks for drive through customer.
