Decent food but the temperature inside was 91 degrees!!!! Restroom broken! When complained about the heat, workers said their AC was broken, but honestly is always broken. How can the owner have their worker and clients under this conditions

The place is not bad, but the prices are excessive, apart from the service is terrible the place is dirty. It looks too dirty, and aside from the horrible signs saying the bathroom is out of service, you can't use the bathroom. Honestly, I'm ashamed because it's an option that represents us Latinos, but they should provide better service for the exaggerated amount of money they charge. They should improve their service, keep it clean, and remove those signs.

I love this place! I wish they did delivery, I would order the Aqua Fresca all the time. There ice creams are good too. My favorite it the tres Maria.

Well, they recommended it to me a lot but it was not a good experience because the lady has a very bad attitude, she treated me and it is understood that it is because of horden but they do not respect the horden and they left my girl and my niece waiting for a long time and I am always one of the people who... Adults and children are always treated very kindly because regardless we have to respect everyone because we are having the worst day because we clients are not to blame for their bad day. Good with Hispanic customers, but they definitely need more English speakers to help attract that community. Other than that, this place does not disappoint with its ice cream! Unique flavors you won’t find anywhere else and they’re all very good!

Gone here a couple of times and the ice cream does not disappoint. They have all the typical delicious Mexican ice creams but new flavors as well. The mangoniada is DELICIOUS. But today I went with their nieves and the mango and fresa was just ?

5 stars for me! This is a place I've seen for years as I went to visit Value Village but I finally went inside to get a cold treat on a really hot day.

The first thing that caught my attention was the mangonada, I was able to get a sample before choosing it which I appreciated. The woman behind the counter was super friendly in helping me out. We also got ice cream! This has to be the most rich and flavorful ice cream I've had - and I love ice cream lol

I will definitely be back! I wish I'd taken pictures but I was too busy demolishing ?

Parking: Parking lot is shared with 2 other businesses, but it's a large one! Plenty of places to park.

Bad customer service!!!

Please use caution when eating here.I went in with a coworker one day and witnessed someone walk out with ice cream, come back a few minutes later to return it, and the person working behind the counter grabbed the top scoop of ice cream from the cone and put it back in the container with the ice cream that they intended to sell.

went in with my fiancé & right off the bat the women were so judgmental & were upset when i asked for prices to things. they should have it posted! way overpriced i recommend going to Cocos Locos☺️?
