I would suggest going somewhere else! The girl with the purple hair is rude. From the moment we walked inside she kept giving us stank looks. There was no customers at all for her to act irritated by us coming in. Do better but most importantly don’t work at a customer service job if you’re rude.

I am writing to formally complain about an unpleasant experience I had at your store. During my visit, the cashier displayed unprofessional behavior that made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.

While I was being helped, the cashier wearing a pink shirt rolled her eyes and appeared visibly annoyed while assisting me. This kind of attitude is not acceptable, especially in a customer service role where courtesy and respect should be a priority.

I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but customers should still be treated with basic professionalism. I hope this issue can be addressed so that future customers have a better experience.

Very high prices and small cups with meager ingredients. The employees don't even let you have a conversation with your friends or family at the tables because they spend all their time talking on the phone and raising their voices as if they were in the park!

The service is horrible, they even tried to make me pay something I didn’t order. The guy that took my order was so rude he even rolled his eyes at me.

This place is amazing! We just got two ice cream cones for 11$ which is very reasonable because it’s homemade. Would rather spend money supporting a local Hispanic business than BR or Ben & Jerry’s any day! Def will come back!!!

Decent food but the temperature inside was 91 degrees!!!! Restroom broken! When complained about the heat, workers said their AC was broken, but honestly is always broken. How can the owner have their worker and clients under this conditions

The place is not bad, but the prices are excessive, apart from the service is terrible the place is dirty. It looks too dirty, and aside from the horrible signs saying the bathroom is out of service, you can't use the bathroom. Honestly, I'm ashamed because it's an option that represents us Latinos, but they should provide better service for the exaggerated amount of money they charge. They should improve their service, keep it clean, and remove those signs.
