Best skirt steak i’ve ever had!! Food came out within 10 minutes. It was hot and fresh! The rice was overcooked/mushy but had good flavor.

The biggest complaint about this place is not the business but where it’s at… it’s located in a EXTREMELY busy plaza with a night club. Lots of patrons park in front of the restaurant, on the side of the road, at the gas station next door, etc etc etc!!!!!!! The parking lot was a hot mess!!!!! It may be best to come before 8pm. Especially on weekends. I was in a rental and was so nervous that I was going to hit somebody else’s car!!!!

Im not from the area, but the regulars seemed to get in and out no problem. I still think the business would benefit from finding a new location. One wayyy less busy…..

Very good food, Polo Tacos

The food is good, great service but my only issue here is why are they charging $7.68 for a 32 Oz cup of flavored water which it could be Jamaica, horchata etc, but they serve it on a 24 Oz cup with more than enough ice in it and No-refills, sorry, but we really want to contribute to small business like yours but if you keep charging these prices to customers, eventually it will be notice and they will walk away,
if just in case you want to justify your prices, then you gotta better that 94% sanitation score....those are my 2 cents..

THE BEST TACOS

Ordered 1 pound Al Pastor, salsa verde, tortilla to go. Tastes great. Will try other dish next time.

The food and the service is very great I come here at least three times a week

I’ve had my fare share of tacos in Charlotte. It’s hard finding an authentic taco place on this side of town. I’m so happy I found this place. The tacos were so good. I ordered my kids the kids quesadilla with rice and beans and that was phenomenal. And the service was really good. Although there was a language barrier, she was still very understanding And accommodating.

Called in my order , could barely understand the person on the phone , I pulled up and when I entered they retook my order, I’m sitting for 20 mins with a receipt in my hand waiting on what I thought was gonna be fresh tacos because the had a error and didn’t get my call in order , turns out I’m sitting watching my order that was called in sitting right behind the counter , and all she said was oops , very disappointing , time wasted and I’m sure the tacos are cold and soggy.

Definitely the best Mexican food in Charlotte. Big portions for the price, absolutely delicious, incredible variety and options, always consistent. Don’t waste your time and money on the trendy taco joints selling $8 tacos (I’m looking at you, Optimist Hall). My boyfriend and I come here 2-3 times a month and it never misses. Service is very friendly and fast, but make sure you brush up on your Spanish before ordering because English is limited. If you’re looking for amazing tacos in Charlotte, this should be top of your list.

If you’re looking for a spot that hits every mark, this is it! The atmosphere was very welcoming, and the staff treated us like family from the second we walked in. The authentic taco selection is huge! Everything was absolutely scrumptious and seasoned to perfection. I especially loved that the portion sizes are huge for such a good price. You definitely won’t leave disappointed. A 10/10 experience for anyone craving a truly satisfying Mexican meal. We’ll definitely be back!
