When a customer pays for a cup of coffee, they expect it to actually taste like coffee. Unfortunately, the latte here was incredibly poor-tasting, and it’s clear they are being cheap with the ingredients—you can't skimp on the milk and expect a good product.
To make matters worse, they don't even fully fill the cups. Getting a half-empty drink when you are paying full price is unacceptable. You simply can't mess up a customer's order on both flavor and volume. Extremely disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.

Nice environment, good people. Absolutely disgusting coffee. It just tastes terrible, caramel and vanilla has no flavor at all other than some creamer and sugar. Also $7 for a cup, I couldn’t even drink it. I was informed it’s frozen food and heated in a microwave. The banana bread is great though.

Thousand Hills has the BEST coffee in Charlotte! Not only is their coffee incredible, but the atmosphere is so inviting for a coffee date, working away from home or just hanging out; It’s my go to spot for meeting friends or clients because it’s always so welcoming and cozy. They’re also dog friendly, so my pup loves tagging along for our coffee dates! I can’t recommend Thousand Hills enough, and if you go, you have to try their Salted Brown Butter Latte. It’s the best!
