Service was not great this day. We waited at the host stand with the host there on a call. He did not acknowledge us the entire time until another server came up to greet/seat us. After we were seated, we continued to wait and the same server who helped us at the host stand came by and asked if we'd been helped. We said no and he got someone to serve us. We ordered 2 alcoholic lemonades and could not drink them because they had way too much alcohol in them for us to enjoy them. When our food came, my chicken did not come with honey glaze and my tater tots came out burnt. I love Leroy fox but every time I go to the South Park location, service is always so slow.

Sorry to say this, but this isn't the same restaurant from the past. I've been coming to this restaurant since it was Hotel Charlotte 30 years ago . First service is way off, and most of the staff, not everyone, the Black Lady is always on her A game . Are for the most part clueless . Order the meat loaf with mash potatoes and mac and cheese .. first thing if you take a short cut in cooking it never good ... the mash potatoes looked and felt like a hand blender was used . which turns the starch into wall paper paste. Dipping thru the fork is not mash potatoes. Next the sausage gravy .. need to cook the sausage before you make gravy . If you did, it needs to be browned . Looked like pig brains, not sausage .. I have no problem with pig brains if that's what I order, but it's sausage .. Asked the waiter what kind of gravy came with the meat loaf .. He didn't know ?? In a restaurant of this type the staff should know the menu before waiting on customers. The mac and cheese had a liquid around the sides, not cream or cheese ?? The meat loaf was so dry from fried on the grill and way to dense to be enjoyed. Last I had to send the entire meal back TWICE !! because it was so cold !! How can this happen twice !! You have to question yourself if anyone is managing this restaurant . Food has to be kept at a certain temperature for health reasons . I'm so disappointed in one of my favorite restaurants to give this score .

Came in. Sat at the bar. Ordered a drink, placed an order to go. Instead of bringing the food to the bartender, (receipt says bar room) it was placed on the to go rack. It was sitting there around 20 minutes. Wasn’t until the 2nd bartender asked if I was okay. I said just waiting on my food. (45 minutes later) She pulled the order off the rack and brought it to me. To top it off, my order was wrong !!! The food is always great, bartenders tonight not so much.
