Went there because it was close to our hotel.and the reviews weren't bad. Big inside, not a lot of customers. What I didn't know is that they had a sign on the door stating they are currently Not selling any alcohol. They told me that a sister location caused this problem, but it effects both of the restaurants. Luckily, we weren't in the mood for any drinks of this kind. The food was as good and decent as most other Mexican restaurants. My burrito had no lettuce or tomato or sour cream, unlike many others that do provide that. I asked for sour cream, and was charged $1.50 for it. I'm sure I won't be back, but I'm from out of this town anyway. I hope they get their liquor license back, I'm sure this is hurting them a lot.

My wife and I are from Houston, Texas and just moved to Charlotte. Our standards for Mexican food is pretty high and the food was actually really good. We plan on coming back. I highly recommend the place if you want good Mexican food.

Good quality food and plenty of that. They no longer have the buffet at this location. Had to order off the menu and was pleasantly surprised with the amount I received. Had enough to take half of it home to eat the next day. Very good value for my money. Would love to eat there again.

My family and I had a pretty good meal here a few days ago. The food was pretty good and my son didn't like his drink and the waitress gladly switched it out. My margarita was delicious and we will go back if we visit the area again!

The staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY & the food is ALWAYS GOOD! I go here from time to time after leaving the gym across the parking lot. I miss their buffet, but their extensions menu makes up for it. Everything is fresh & delicious

I've only been here for drinks (prior to pandemic) and I always order their chicken soup. It's bangin! I promise. This us the only restaurant that serves chicken soup. I'm not sure if it's considered Mexican chicken soup but it's the best ever. Full of rice, Shredded chicken, tomatoes, onions, cilantro and jalapeño peppers. It's amaze balls and really good to eat if you have a hangover.

This place was great. The food and service were freaking awesome. The server was super friendly and prompt. I eat Mexican at least once a week and this place was one of the best. One thing people don’t know is that almost every Mexican restaurant has their own homemade hot sauce you just have to ask. The homemade hot sauce here was out of this world. It had the perfect combination of heart and flavor. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back here when working in the area.
The food here is great! I dropped in to grab a carry-out for Lunch. Everything was properly packaged and the food was still hot after returning to work! ? I noticed that they currently do not offer the Lunch Buffet; I assume due to Covid. The outside dining patio was also closed. The front staff was friendly and made sure to get the order correct. I would highly recommend this establishment!

I miss the buffet, but they have really good off the menu items. The street tacos are delicious and filling. If you get corn tortillas I would ask for 2 shells. The chimichangas are good and well presented. You can get full without wasting any food. If you do get quest for the table make sure to eat it quickly however, as it cools it gets thick.

Love the chips and salsa here, and it's complimentary which is always a plus. I do feel like they season with cheese a lot. The pitchers of margarita, not pictured I got the Large---- yes a LARGE! Lol split between 2 people it was just enough. Could've gotten another one, but ah well I enjoyed the food and I will be back again. Not the most seasoned Mexican food but it's tasty.
