All in all it's a nice restaurant. Beautifully decorated and the ambiance was great, not noisy but we did come in on a Tuesday night. The food was good, idk about extraordinary enough to be excited to come back. It's a high end restaurant to check off the list. I do appreciate them acknowledging our anniversary but sadly idk what the dessert was they gave us, neither of us liked it and still had to order more dessert. All the staff were pretty polite for the most part.
First time visit. LUCE is a gracious quiet restaurant tucked away in busy downtown Charlotte. The server was excellent, as was the food. The appetizer plates were very generous and delectable. I will definitely return when I am in downtown Charlotte again.
Glad we found this restaurant. Rosa Maria was a wonderful waitress .... Attentive, friendly, helpful and a great pace for a dining experience. Our wine was AMAZING (luce Brunello di Montalcino)
