The food and service were excellent, I had the chicken parmesan.
Rather have little Caesars. Just not good,at all.
The pizza here is absolutely amazing. What a gem!
So many variety of pizza at lunch buffet and all so good!!!!
Super disappointed. I didn’t ever think i would say that about Luisa’s but, the pizza was subpar. Heavy on the mushrooms, green peppers, and onions. Very slack on the Italian sausage. I didn’t order a vegetarian pizza for $33. We’ve been coming here for over 20 years. Hopefully it was an off night.
We ordered a medium pizza, with pepperoni on half. It arrived with pepperoni on the whole pizza. No worries, can just pick it off. However the middle of the pizza was very undercooked while the edge was burnt. Also ordered an antipasto salad. I thought the meats and cheese would be cut up, instead it was just whole slices of meat and cheese. Not a problem, I can just cut them up. Except they didn't include utensils or napkins as requested. The meat looked off and smelled weird. Just didn't seem appealing. We ordered two fountain drinks. Instead of a diet Coke and regular Coke, it was two diet cokes. Finally the tiramisu looked like it was in a car accident, just smeared all around the box it arrived it. It tasted worse than it looks. All of this for $60? Absolutely awful in every respect.
Stopped in for a pizza to go. Looked like they had a good buffet. Service was very quick, friendly and the pizza was good!
Ordering pizza to go for several times already and it’s so delicious!

Had dinner there last week with my husband and kids we order the wings, one large pepperoni pizza and fettuccine Alfredo with “grilled chicken”. I was served my pasta the chicken was supposed to be grilled but instead they just boiled it and threw it in with the flavorless Alfredo sauce and pasta. Not only that the chicken was rotten and had an unpleasant smell. I spit that chicken out so fast and my husband and 14 year old son also said it tasted bad. Our waitress told us that the cook said it must’ve been the char from the grilled chicken SMH the chicken was not even grilled it was boiled. My family is in the restaurant business for over 40 years I know when food goes bad and should taste. Wouldn’t take my family here again.
Amazing pizza and cheesey bread. Some of the best Italian you will find in Charlotte. The only bad thing about this place is the lack of wheelchair accessibility. If you fall into that camp, I would highly recommend getting your food delivered from here because it's incredible.

My family has been coming back to Luisa’s over and over for a decade now!! It is a humble, cozy, sweet place to come and eat with your family. The big stone oven is right there for you to see the pizzas being baked. People baking pizza been working there for ever! Same guys! We love the owner - Jeff, he is the heart of the place, so welcoming! You you are into thin crust pizza this is your little heaven.
