Ordered the chicken dinner and honestly it’s not good at all! This isn’t my first time trying Lulus! The Mac is super greasy, the yellow rice taste exactly like undercooked box rice, the yams are disgusting and the chicken is mediocre… I’ve had better! Also, the smell from the chicken is giving off old or burnt grease

Both 3 different platters. Two whitening fish and one Salmon The food was awful Very salty and the fish tasted old. Both fish was grilled. It was dried and fishes. The yellow rice was not cooked completely on either meal. The collard was salty and it talk like it was days old. I took the food out. I don't know about the salmon because it was given to another party at work and we left not know the results Very disappointed with the whitening platters. Not recommended

I'm a big fan of the food and service, really like the chalkboard walls people get to draw on too. I'll be coming back for breakfast sometime for sure.
I am very disappointed in this restaurant, I’ve came here for years and they have never disgusted me until now. I called to place a pick up order & the lady on the phone said I would have to pay over the phone to do a pick up order… me trusting them I did exactly that. Now I did explain to her that my sister was coming to pick the order up. When my sister arrived they prompted her to pay the balance again… I checked my bank and the money never had came out of my account. So at this point I’m thinking maybe they took my card number over the phone in case we was not to show up for our food. So my sister paid. Later that night the charge came out of my account totaling $52.94. So we was charged $105 for just 2 salmon plates.. I’ve been calling and calling for 5 days now & im continuously being told that the refund will appear back on my card. Then I was told to call my bank. Then I was told that the manager will text me the voided receipt. No one followed up with me & the refund was in fact never done until today when I threatened to come there and call the police… I’m truly disgusted and annoyed with the staff and the managers that work here . I personally feel like they are scamming people Out of their money.

Alot of people hyped this place up and it is definitely not worth the hype. This is my second time eating here and i dont even remember the experience from the first time. For the prices they charge, they have to do better. The yellow rice was bland, i mean absolutely no seasoning. It taste like the heated up rice from one of those microwavable rice packets. The chicken was seasoned great but was not cooked all the way through. The mac and cheese taste ok but i has a weird color and it super oily. The greens were ok, they need some real seasoning not just spice. I like spicy thats why i say they were ok. Based on past reviews, i believe this place may have been great in the past but have fell off since. I probably wont return.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They will claim your money is counterfeit but don’t have a system to verify it. Not even a counterfeit marker… The lady was using her eyes as verification of counterfeit money.
