Just an awkward experience when coming in for brunch, wife ordered a drink. She changed her mind and I went in to tell our waiter it was pretty much done being made. After I asked him instead of a sorry the drink is made any response to be nice to a customer about to spend money on your food. He simple just looked down at the drinks and then back to me.
