To the white boy who worked on July 25th, 2025, around 9 AM, I did not catch your name but please dont get an attitude with me and prove to me that I made a mistake on my order when I clearly showed you the order with 2 items with 2 different price on each item. 1 item was breakfast cheesesteak on a roll and the other steak egg & cheese with bagel. Receipt shows exactly what I ordered. Tell cook stop getting an attitude because he didn't read the order right. I come here and there when I am near by. When the cook tried to correct the order, he wanted to transfer from what was on the bagel to the roll when I know its not the right amount due the price. I always get the same order. The steak egg cheese has more than the bagel. I will still come here because food I ordered is always taste great.

How do you substantiate being out of sesame bagels @ 10:00am and not baking anymore. If you have extra bagels left over at the end of the day, put them through a meat slicer rebake and sell them in bags as bagel chips

The food is amazing. No complaints there. But skip the frozen drinks. If you let them sit for 15 to 20 minutes, you'll notice the cups are only about 20 percent filled with actual content. Whatever mixing method they use creates the illusion that the cup is full, but it's mostly just slush and air. Not worth the price.

If you're a DoorDash driver, I recommend avoiding this store. They treat you with no respect at all and may threaten you to prevent you from picking up orders. Please read the experiences of other DoorDash drivers. I'm glad to see this place is struggling to stay in business because of their own mistakes. Time to learn basic manners ‘cause hey you are in the customer service business.

Bagels are so chewy and delicious! They put A LOT of cream cheese so ask for light. And if you are really hungry get the breakfast burrito - hands down the best breakfast burrito out there.

Tried the jalapeno cheddar and french toast bagels. The cheddar has a really good flavor, and the heat from the jalapeno is just enough. The bagel isn't as dense as some, so it's not as chewy. The flavor of the dough itself is really tasty though. The French toast bagel is really good, I first had these at a shop in Frederick Maryland, many years ago. This is as close as I've come to finding one as good again, kudos! Super friendly staff! Recommended.

We are obsessed with this place and have only been twice! My hubby is from NY so I thought he may like it but he loves it! Had a lox bagel for the first time in years last visit and the steak, egg and cheese on a jalapeño bagel this time. Oooo’ed and mmmm’ed after every bite! I’ve had their farmhouse on a croissant and the crumb cake and both were amaaaazing! The owner is amazing and the staff is great! Their front display of all their bagels has me drooling from the first second I walk in.

Decided to try out this new bagel spot today - was greeted by a friendly gentleman cashier who helped me decide on a toasted “Croissant Classic” with sausage. To my surprise, it was only $6.94 and the food was made in under 5 mins!? Affordable, great customer service, and tasted phenomenal. Great job🙌definitely my new breakfast spot.
