If this is the same establishment I'm thinking of, then it's home of the most absolutely delicious thing I've ever eaten in my life, hands down. I'm giving 5 stars based on my past experience at the Manhattan Bagel that used to be in Fayetteville N.C. many years ago. My experiences & memories were so good that I'm willing to take the chance that this is the same buisness. So what made it so good you might ask? It was 1 single menu item. But 1st I'd order either a plain, or a blueberry, sugar crusted bagel, (which I didn't see on the current menu.) & then they'd add the golden nectar strait from Heaven, the thing that literally made my mouth water, my knees weak, made my taste buds instantly realize that they'd reached the pinnacle of decadent flavor, & the thing I've been looking for for almost 20 years now, ever since my local M.B. closed down. FRENCH VANILLA CREAM CHEESE. Adding that to one of those bagels, which were crusted with sugar to an absolutely ridiculous degree, caused a confectionery merger on a galactic scale, like two culinary galaxies colliding in your mouth. Seriously it was that good. But sadly once Manhattan Bagel was gone, so went french vanilla cream cheese, seemingly forever. I've searched high & low, near & far going on 2 decades now & it's obviously something only they had. Not even Google can tell me where to find it. But I'm holding onto hope that maybe, just maybe... one day I'll be lucky enough to taste it again.

Got a half dozen bagels to take home. Should have checked them before leaving. Hard, stale, cold. Was expecting fresh bagels but these were at least a day old. And not even fully formed. Wasted $10.

I was pretty surprised to see that the “fresh squeezed” orange juice lists ingredients from concentrate.
The bagel was excellent, but the amount of cream cheese was subpar for this to be a branded a NY style bagel shop.
