Business should not relay on customers for a tip, making part of the salary the actual tip for the employees. They want tip when is their job to do wherever they do, serving a scoop of ice cream really, I do tipping for a full service in a restaurant. Not any single place, where the employees are getting paid for what they do.

Marble Slab Creamery has very good ice cream cakes. If you prefer more than a very thin bit of actual cake, this is not your place. I did not order in advance, so I don't know the options that are available when doibg so. I appreciated the many options. Our birthday person did not like chocolate, so the strawberry shortcake option was a good one with real strawberries on top.

Service wasn't bad, I wasn't impressed when the young lady waiting on me decided to shake the tip jar before ringing me up. There was a salty taste to the brownie sundae I ordered, probably won't be back.
