Ordered delivery the driver delivered the pizza without knocking or ringing the door bell just left it on the porch. When I called and spoke to the manager on duty he stated That the driver stated she confirmed delivery on the app. I told him we do not have the app so if it wasn’t on my camera how would I know it’s outside. I guess leaving the tip before it’s delivered isn’t the way to go.
Horrible customer service and watched an employee scream and throw boxes at their gold hill ft mill location. Orders are never ready on time. Worst pizza and the most expensive chain. Simply not worth it and their feedback button takes you to place an order. Just silliness
manager at university is very nasty and rude. I ordered online twice and hit delivery and waited a while for my order to be delivered. Never was delivered. This dude asked me for my card in a rude way being petty over $5.00 like it's my fault the website is weird. I order every Friday from them and he could've at least offered me free delivery for the inconvenience but instead wants to be nasty.
