I just love this location. The staff is friendly and fast. Always have my to go order ready when I arrive. I work at Harris Teeter and we have a Starbucks but I'd rather have DD.
I have been to your location on many occasions since I live nearby. This has been the best experience I've had since coming into your your location 07/04/26. Tyja and NY were so professional and their spirit was amazing. Many times we complain about service but this time I wanted to give 5 stars to these ladies.
Horrible customer service, young lady didn’t even let me get my sentence out before saying “you good, you good, you good?” over and over again in a demeaning tone, looked like manager was right behind them and didn’t do anything. Store was also dirty
