Food was average but really fun atmosphere.. my kids tenders and fries were overcooked.

Our dining experience was a bit of a letdown. The service was terrible, even though the restaurant wasn’t too crowded. The music was way too loud, which made it hard to talk to each other.
We had to ask a waiter just to order our drinks, and they didn’t even give us the drink menus until asked! It was like they didn’t even notice we were there. There were four of us, and two plates came before the others, so we had to wait to eat together.
When the food finally arrived, it was all at room temperature. And one of our drinks was missing! So we had to leave the table and go to the bar to get it.
I know it’s important to support the service industry, but this place was just so bad that I can’t recommend it. There are definitely better restaurants nearby. And even though we spent $200 for a meal for four, it wasn’t worth it.

The margarita bowls were gassss! (Good) and I had Diego as a server and he was really great. Had humor and checked on us frequently!

My experience was extremely disappointing. The food arrived very late, and no one greeted me upon arrival. The waiter never checked back to see if I needed anything else, and simply presented the bill. The staff was also rude when I asked for assistance. I went during non-rush hour, so I did not understand the poor service. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Updating my review from 5 to 1 star. The service was very delayed and not proactive. It took a long time for the server to come over, take our order and serve our food. I ordered a Paloma and a Cadillac Margarita and both tasted off and bitter. I did not want to complain so I just drank them. The food was not as fresh as it usually is. The chips were burnt and our entrees were cold.
To top it off they served us expired Tres leches cake (picture attached). We won't be going back. Save your money go somewhere else. This place used to be a great place to eat with excellent service and fresh food, unfortunately not anymore. 😕

My server was Jeffrey this guys is the best ever !!! Ask everything you want he gonna have the best answer I promesss. Is a beautiful place with nice food and drinks, very close to the airport as well.

Sat at the bar, 2 servers working behind the bar and not ONE greeted us. Finally, another server (maybe the host) asked for our drinks. Still sitting here 20min later and have not been served again. I would give a review on the food if we actually get served.... Not a good first visit.

Very, very poor customer service.
We were seated and waited 20 minutes before leaving. Two minutes after being seated, the waiter stated he will be right with us but he never returned. We were regular, loyal customers here but tried Calle Sol and fell in LOVE.
Excellent customer service and great food.
The only thing Margarita’s is good for are the drinks but you can find good drinks at many other places in Charlotte. Take your money elsewhere!

If I could give them a 0 I would. Me and my children went here for dinner once arrived we waited for 10 mins no one greeted us so I went over to the bar and ask if anyone was going to assist, I was rudely spoken to by an employee and she advised that we would just have to wait. Another 5 mins a went by an no one walked over to assist in serving me and my family and I believe it was because we are black. We eventually walked out due to not being assisted.
Friendly service and tasty food. The chicken enchiladas were great
