Raj and Mikita run an amazing Indian restaurant that makes you salivate from the memories days after your meal. I had the Butter Chicken with Garlic Naan and a Taj Mahal beer and I was floored by how delicious each item was. The naan was so colorful and light with that hit of garlic I love so much, and the butter chicken was tastier than fresh vegetables from the Garden of Eden. I will be back again and again!

Outstanding! The food is very delicious and the atmosphere is quite enjoyable with the old brick alley and cozy interior. Mikita was wonderful and welcomed us and made it feel like home. I had the lamb korma with garlic naan. The portion was large and full of flavor. It was so good, that if I had a larger stomach I would have ordered another. This restaurant surprised me as it is well priced and in the heart of the city. I am truly impressed and delighted to now have a favorite Indian restaurant in Charlotte.

Perfect quick Indian food in Charlotte. I felt home with Indian music, perfect Indian taste and Gopal, the cook and the service person is the best. Also a good place to watch football or even an Indian cricket match here.

Food tasted horrible and still feeling the sick aftertaste into late night, and nothing like Indian cuisine.

Hands down the BEST Indian cuisine I’ve found in Charlotte - and I’ve tried many. None compare to the consistency and full flavors of Masti’s cuisine. One time I actually met the man himself, Gopal, who cooks this incredible food. Best guy ever, and he knows what he’s doing in the kitchen. I don’t understand the sub 4.8 star overall rating - truly blows me away considering how delicious the food is. The quality of the lamb/chicken are always top notch. My favorites are the lamb korma (super thick and cashew-based, which is unlike any in Charlotte, making it my personal favorite), tikka masala with chicken or paneer, the chili chicken and chicken 65. Always incredible. I get “extra spicy” for all the above.

Furthermore, their prices are better than you’ll find anywhere else in the city, especially for being right in the heart.

PLEASE TRY MASTI. I enjoy this food beyond comprehension. It’s always such a treat. If you’re picking up, say hello to Gopal.

This place does not have a buffet. Although it says buffet above their stairs in the restaurant, there is no buffet.

Good day, me and my friend have been here twice when in town for the soccer games and I highly recommend! I’ve only tried the butter chicken and naan of course but dear lord it is good !

Went to enjoy the lunch buffet. The flavors were good but the selection was poor. There was no cold bar area to offset the spices from the hot bar items. No yogurt sauces, no chutney, no spinach paneer, no goat or lamb. Just a few chicken dishes and cold naan.

Very disappointing.

There was no wait staff or anyone to offer you a beverage. This restaurant could be amazing with the proper care and attention to detail.

After visiting the east, I thought I would never have curry that would match the flavor found over there.

Of all places, a bar is where I found the best Indian food I've had since coming back to America.

The Vindaloo chicken and the Tikka Masala chicken was INCREDIBLE. If we lived locally, this would be our go-to spot just to try the other items.

If you're looking for a meal under $20, try this place.
