I’ve visited this place twice in one week - absolutely addictive and delicious! The matcha soft serve is seriously unparalleled with a great, creamy texture and strong flavor. Both the sundae and matcha affogato were delicious. The staff are also very sweet. Really tastes like matcha soft serve that you would get in Japan -I’ll be frequenting!

The 1st time was amazing we ordered the Matcha and Vanilla affogatos. We went back, ordered the same and they gave us something very different. Yesterday we went back and this time we showed them a picture of what we had ordered the first time and mentioned about the issue of giving us the wrong order the day before. They said that they had given us a float and not a affogato. So we ordered the affogato as they told us and they gave us something worse, instead of ice cream with expresso they gave us ice cream with liquid coffee. Terrible and very little ice cream. We complained about it and they did not say anything. Also , for $ 8 it was a rip off. I am passing the word about this bad experience to everyone I know

Adorable and tasty!! Excellent quality matcha and the ube softserve is INCREDIBLE. It is my FAVORITE thing. Worth all the lactaid pills I have to chew, lol! They'll do lil pup cups for your dog too, my doggo enjoyed!

Came here after eating dinner nearby. Tried the Matcha and Vanilla twist soft serve. The ice cream was good a large portion, which I suppose justifies the higher cost.Want to come back and try the refreshers. Heard it is similar to drinks in S. Korea.Cute atmosphere and friendly service!

Love their soft serve here, just not sure I’d recommend their hojicha latte. It tasted too dense/strong. Might try to dilute it with milk & ice at home.
The prices are steep for using non-organic cheap milk for your coffee.The rest looks fine.

I’m glad NC finally has a Japanese inspired cafe and focuses on matcha dishes! The parfait was alright. I just think it tastes too plain and cake was super dry. If it wasn’t for the matcha ice cream then it probably wouldn’t really be anything special. I would recommend the ice cream itself :)

Beautiful and cute decorated place and very sweet attention on cashier part ? cool options and great taste ? (we didn't like the weird-form sweet but u know, there are many types of people with many tastes so maybe someone else would like it ?)Also you can notice that one of them is new and the other was training or helping her in a very attentive and patient way, I thought it was very nice to see that ☺️We would only recommend other cushions or something because the bench it is not exactly very comfortable ???I tried my partner's because I had never tried the ubbe in the form of ? and it's de-li-cious ? I also really enjoy my matcha latte with vanilla ice cream and the sweet cinnamon muffin ?We will come back to try other flavors/options ??

I've been meaning to come here for a few months now and I'm so glad it lived up to my expectations. The interior is cute and the staff was nice and helpful. I'm a big matcha fan but my mom who I went with isn't. I got a strawberry matcha latte with oat milk and a chocolate muffin. It was a solid strawberry matcha. The matcha was pretty mild in flavor and the strawberry made up for that. It was a perfect amount of sweet. My mom got a gingerbread latte so there are options for people who don't care for matcha. I will definitely return when I'm in the area.

I called in for a special order for my friends party and the team was super nice in getting me the info I needed. Their online ordering is super simple and easy to use. I was able to pre-order days in advance and pick up when needed. Staff was super nice in telling me how to best serve my order and got nice perks and tips. Definitely coming back and totally recommend to anyone.
