Only come here if you have time to wait. Drive/thru is always slow, but the inside is even slower. If you have time to waste then this is your place. For instance you need about 20-30 mins to kill.

Went in drive thru around 6pm. The Big Mac was beautiful ??. The fries were pulled out too early because the line was taken awhile, I ain't mad tho. Will definitely be back.

This is absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve attempted to order here four or five times. Every single time I deal with colossal attitude from the drive-through, a huge wait in the drive-through line, workers claiming that app codes don’t apply to their store- they are a big mess. I will never ever frequent this store again. If they’re understaffed, the franchise owner needs to address this issue.I will be placing a formal complaint with corporate.

If I may ask who is in charge of this catastrophe, I would suggest a revamp, clean slate, shut down possibly, couriers are expected to have at least 4.7 star rating how do you get a 2.7 as such a huge name on a sign of your building get it right please on behalf of Charlotte
