I would only suggest going to this location during the morning and the weekdays; there is something seriously wrong with the weekend and day-night crew. The morning crew though has also started to become inconsistent and rude; maybe it’s a new manager. My orders are always simple-half the time, it’s just a coffee and even they get it wrong. I went in and ordered at the kiosk. I shoulda went through the drive thru. They took an extremely long time to get not only my order but certain other customers' orders ready as well. While waiting, I noticed that some customers were receiving better and faster service that had nothing to do with the size of their order.
