Church's Texas Chicken offers decently priced specials like the 10 piece special, making it a good option in today's money-hungry world. The chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy are tasty, and the food quality is generally good. Customers enjoy the fried chicken, honey butter biscuits, mashed potatoes, fried okra, jalapeño bombers, apple pie, and strawberry Fanta, with many noting that the food is always fresh. The restaurant is located in a convenient area with shopping centers and other dining options nearby. However, some customers have experienced issues with flat drinks, locked doors during regular business hours, and waiting times. One customer mentioned that the restaurant closes earlier than expected, at 8:00 instead of 10:00. Others have observed that the chicken can sometimes look like it was cooked days ago, indicating a decline in quality at times. Overall, Church's Texas Chicken provides hot and fresh chicken, but some improvements in service and consistency may be needed.
