I came here at 11:30 am to get some lunch after some exams for school. I received my food and drinks in about 5-7 minutes, which Is pretty average for McDonald's. The lady at the counter ( I don't remember her name but she had red hair) was super nice and sweet, and kept me updated on my order. She even put some ketchup in the bag, even though I didn't ask for it. Awesome service that you don't see much these days.
I come here pretty often while on my break from work and every time i come here the employees are so kind and friendly. The lines move quick even during rush hours and all the employees are so polite! I wish more McDonalds stores had employees as great as this one!!
I just need to acknowledge the morning crew here at this location, I pass three McDonald’s from Lake Norman on the way to work but choose to stop at this location. The sweet drive thru lady is one of the sweetest, hardworking individuals I have encountered. She always has a smile on her face, energetic, kind as early as 6am in the morning. Ms. Sweet lady continue to be a joy for us all. We appreciate you for your hard work and dedication to your location.
