The latte coffee machine is broken very often! Along with the ice cream machine! How is it possible these machines are broken most of the time. Are employees lying? It makes no sense!! Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks never have broken machines and an inability to provide whats on their menu!

The show room is filthy and I waited 20 minutes from the time on my receipt till I recieved my chicken nuggets and McDouble. Wich is a little outrageous. And from my side of the counter they looked filthy

This place is they need English speaker otherwise we get discrimination we don’t speak Spanish we are not getting service it is very unprofessional and very rude employees working on the windows 🪟 Castmer service is the key you guys if you need only Spanish speakers you should put sign 🪧 on the street on the window 🪟 otherwise I can handle this for you right here right now anyone’s reading this message you don’t speak Spanish don’t even west your time don’t even try i call the corporate office they told me they will contact me but I need make sure to let other people know no one’s deserve this kind service the first window 🪟 ask you don’t speak Spanish you say no you just trying to explain English they keep repeating you order breakfast menus she keeps repeating me 4B I said breakfast menus she told me you are not speaking Spanish and ignoring me I drive to the 2nd window 🪟 I ask to speak manager she is laughing 🤣 and speaking Spanish and bringing me the first window 🪟 lady she comes and you don’t speak Spanish we didn’t understand you and slamming the window 🪟 I am not stopping until I find out the answer the corporate office they take my report. The food was delicious. I bought a quarter pound deluxe meal with delicious sweet tea. Thank you for that. The Spanish lady at window didn't acknowledgevme other than telling me the price. (Sunday 11/10 2:25 pm) African American lady at window 2, didn't speak. She had a blu tooth in her ear having a conversation with someone else. Im sure they are more important than paying customers She's light skinned, with short natural hair. She didn't speak either but was having a blast with whomever that was on the phone. I asked for salt and ketchup ...please. she proceeded to hand it to me , I said nicely you can put it in the bag. She looked disgusted, threw it in the bag, turned her head, continuing talking on her phone and without looking handed me the bag as if to dismiss me. This is the 2nd notable time I've been disrespected at this mcdonalds. If you dont like your job, please quit! People spend hard earned money to buy a $12.00 lunch. It's hard to find good employees and I can see you still haven't. Maybe she'd be better off cooking than dealing with people that are polite and just ask for simple things. Get off the phone and do your job! I'd rather wait longer in line for hood service than faster service and be disrespected any day of the week.

Very bad, last Saturday, October 19, there was an event at the Shoutmeth school and we went to enjoy a hamburger, but what a surprise was that the staff on duty had something that bothered him and it was so much of an annoyance that he stopped serving minutes before the normal closing time. It is at 11pm we had already placed our order, what a disappointment that they have that type of people working.

Ordered 2 meal combos, large. Double cheeseburger, fries, diet Coke was fine. But the chicken sandwich deluxe was not served with the large fries and large diet Coke. I was charged for both combos as large. Dry chicken. Lettuce was limp, buns cold, diet sodas with very little carbonation.
