Horrible. First they off made me pull forward so rather than get all Karen on them I decided the good thing is my food will be fresh. Wow. I could not have been more wrong. Burgers were too salty to eat, the fries were cold and greasy and my apple pie was hard as a rock. I need a refund. If anyone there is listening, reach out to me and I'll gladly accept a full refund.

This location has the friendliest staff! They are located right near a high school and at 2 it’s loaded with teens and the staff never changes their attitude. I wouldn’t typically leave a review for a fast food stop but at a time where customer service has declined this location is a pleasant change.

Fast & Friendly!! Immediately asked if I was using my app, gave her my code & boom, they gave me my order. Most places be so confused about the codes, as if it’s not on the screen. I was in line, less than 5 mins, which was perfect because I had 20mins left on my hour lunch break. I was able to pick my kid up from school, order a huge order and back home all in 30mins. That never happens lol Great Job Park Road, even during an after-school rush ????

This was a quick stop for ice cream. The machine was up and running woohoo. There was 1 staff member taking orders, making orders, taking money, and delivering products. He did a great job and had a smile on. How is a pop up on the kiosk say “surprise you’ve got a deal” when it more than the usual price? We brought it up to the supervisor on staff and she stated that she relayed the same concern to her manager. We normally pay $1.69 + tax for any size ice coffee yet the “deal” was $2.00 + tax- it’s a surprise that a manager doesn’t realize it’s not a deal but a gimmick/joke to their customers. It starts off showing the regular price then get charged more

The workers at this location are either mexican migrants or retards. They are so impaired that you will always be asked to pull up and wait. I constantly curse them and call them wetbacks due to their inability to even serve french fries.
