they know my name! when it wasnt ready they just asked me to pull up to the drive thru spot and the next CSR said my name correctly, again!
it feels like a Nordstrom or Jetblue and Im lovin’ it!

Drive thru lady was rude as hell. Ask me to pull up and didn’t realize the car in front of me was backing up. I tried to tell her and she yelled several times to go to front door. Management obviously not running things, the inmates are.

I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. I was told to go to the third window. I waited 15 minutes and no one came by. I went inside and asked and the cashier said the machine is broken. Why didn’t someone come and tell me and offered me my refund? They just let me sit there without a clue! I’ll never come by this place again!!!
I guess everyone working here has a hearing impediment. Rude “workers” and disrespectful over some honey mustard. Just get a new crew there’s so many people that need a job in this city and will do a better job.
