Sorry left a bad review here by accident wrong location but I found it. I have eaten here three times and always had a good experience and good food. The other location I have moved my review there. Hopefully the manager from this location can train the McDonald’s further down the road near Walmart. I like this location and I will come here now

I watch the little Latino girl in the window and the manager can people food in the Drive-Thru take it back and turn around and hand it to people in the dining room which is a major health code violation and absolutely disgusting to give someone else food after someone else's hands have been all over it per McDonald's policy and health code regulation anything that passes the threshold into a customer saying is to be given to said customer or thrown in the trash absolutely disgusting also the girl in the window had one of the worst attitudes slamming people's food and drinks around

Lady at the window was beyond rude all because she had handed me the incorrect order.. I let her know. Then she raised her voice at me as I proceeded to wait 20 min for my mobile order :(

Kind of unacceptable for you to have two lanes to order from, both are open, and to only take orders from one. I was skipped multiple times before I was able to place an order being told to "hold on one sec". Fast food wasn't very fast today.

March 2 -25 I visited this location @ 11:23pm!! Me and over 10 cars waited for over 15 mins to order then when they start taking orders the lady gone say I’m not taking any cash or any mobile codes! As if this couldn’t been said in the beginning!! To top it off all the workers was outside smoking!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My family and I visited this McDonald’s 2/25/25. Had to say hello at drive thru when we pulled up after waiting for Employee to take Order. It All Started right there. Asked for 40 nuggets. He posted 4 nuggets. Had to correct. Pulled up to window to pay Older African American Man took my payment. No manners. Not saying a word. Handed my card back to me then said pull to next window he would bring out. Waited on a Long time. He waited on 2/3 more customers behind us. They pulled off. He finally brought us our food. HE NEVER SAID A MUMBLING WORD. Just handed me the bag of food . I said Thank You! I BELIEVE HE WAS THE MANAGER! HE WORE A BLUE SHIRT! HE WAS AWFUL! A POOR EXCUSE OF A MANAGER TO BE REPRESENTING MCDONALDS. NO PEOPLE SKILLS. HE NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED OR WORK IN THE BACK. STAY AWAY!!! WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE! Literally trash. They will let you sit in the drive thru line for 20 solid minutes and pretend they’re closed to avoid you if it’s after midnight. There’s a million other fast food places- if you hate your job

On multiple occasions when we come here at night Including last night 2-3-2025. There’s Always a Sorry Excuse why they can’t serve us in the drive thru. They only want to serve door dash orders. Even other family members have had the same experience. It’s always an excuse, they’re changing shifts at 11:30pm or the system is down at 10:30pm or they machines aren’t working. They are a very sorry staff and management has to notice this and the owners have to see a decrease in sales. Horrible experience each time.
