After waiting over 12 minutes in the drivethru without knowing why the service was so slow we finally arrived at the speaker to find out that the machine wasn't working for sodas or tea and they only had bottle water. Bummer! We left.

By far the best McDonald’s in Charlotte. Exceptional customer service, Very friendly and pleasant staff who are willing to go above for their customers. Food is always fresh and hot with a picture perfect look!!! Would highly recommend this location.

Every time I go here something is not right about my food how do you order a meal and they leave out the fries or give you chicken instead of a quarter pounder. I will not be visiting this McDonald's
This location is fast, prompt, and efficient. Even on busy nights like Friday. Even with a long line, I never wait more than 10 minutes to get my order in and recieve it. The staff here is professional. Not something you see as a norm these days in fast food. One of the few reliable locations. Absolutely no B.S. here.

Ew? I’m just a pregnant gal craving a good Oreo McFlurry & French fries.. figured that couldn’t be messed up.. but I was wrong! And for $13? Such a waste. lol.. I had to ask the employee to add more ice cream because it was only filled half way in the cup.. oh and they don’t blend it anymore? Just Oreos on top?? might as well just buy a sundae. OH and my French fries were nice and soggy, yet not fully cooked! never going back to that location.. ??

Food was okay. Bought a drink and it taste funky. Someone use the cup for soap and my ice tea taste like hand soap so I returned it. Was disgusting. Only like 1/2 employees are nice. The rest have attitudes and act like they don't want to be there. SMH. Drive through never answers, and ordering at the reserved area is even worst. They act like they don't want to hand u ur food and have no customer service. I don't trust this place. Be careful yall.

I actually ordered a #4a chicken sandwich meal with mayo and cheese fries and sweet tea. I'm driving trying to eat my very good hot fresh fries. Bit when I got to my sandwich. It was not the sandwich I ordered. It was a double cheese burger w only ketchup onions and cheese. I was shocked. I had already driven more than 20 miles away by the time I got to eat the sandwich. To go back and get them to fix my order. Food here is usually on point. But thus time it just was not. The only reason I gave this place a 2 star rating. Bc the customer service people were outstanding as always. But the food was all messed up.Parking: No charge for parking.Kid-friendliness: Kids always love McDonald'sWheelchair accessibility: Thier is handicapped ♿ parking. But not sure about wheelchair entrance.
