3 Stars for ONE REASON. The employees here are amazing. Pure respect to all of those determined workers. My experience is mostly based on night shift which has amazing helpful workers, except ONE. Aracelli, A night shift manager, is and has been horrible from the jump. This woman has always been a inconvenience more than any type of benefit. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Many of times I've been met by persistent ignoring and attitude from this individual....

Corinne (I hope I got the spelling right) is SUPER NICE and professional. She is usually the person at the drive-thru who you give your money to (first window). She smiles, she’s in proper uniform, and she’s so personable. We love this McDonald’s over all the others in the area!!

I truly hate using kiosks to order. I feel like that should reduce the price that I'm paying for the food - I'm doing some of the work! The machine says to enter the number on the table tent and we'll bring your food to you. No, they called the number out and we had to get our own food. And service was s l o w... I figured the kiosks were to reduce the wasted man power at the register so that overall service would be faster. And most of the tables weren't clean!
