Worst customer service in charlotte, ive been here multiple times and all the woman cashiers are either extremely rude or will completely ignore you , its like they have the inability to ask a customer whos walking in if they are picking up or placing an order. I dont think their ignorant just choosing not to engage with customers, i’ve worked in fast food for over 8+ years, its not that difficult especially when your not dealing with a difficult customer. The management team needs to train them to have basic manners and customer service, if you dont like dealing with customers than be a cook, no one should have to deal with your attitude because you hate your life…

Came twice after work around 3 AM to pick up a mobile order I already paid for and got denied for my food both times. Different excuses both times. If they don’t want to make the food then don’t allow people to waste their money on the app. Pure laziness from the workers.
