The food is not something I would really eat. But the French fries are still the same to me. The service was horrible. And the atmosphere was just like the food. Not something I would want to experience again.

Okay so my friend placed a mobile order online and we get there at 11 pm and the girl said we are only taking door dash orders I swear these reviews get left because management in charlotte really need to start hiring people that want to do they’re jobs…these company’s lose money from under paid unmotivated employees and I understand but it’s the rudeness for me😭 I immediately open the app and start typing a honest review this has to be stopped…I mean I know where we are but it’s still sad….

Manager Anthony is professional and amazing. However, PLEASE inform someone if there is a wait for the coffee BEFORE they pay. Twice recently I waited over 10 minutes- when I could’ve decided to go elsewhere.

This place was horrible! Every customer was angry at how disrespectful and rude this group of employees were. Waited upwards of 20+ minutes for food and refills. Zero would be the perfect rating.
The lady told me the 5.00 combo wasn’t available anymore but it’s still advertised on the app . It’s always mistakes and left out items at every McDonalds I go to in the Charlotte area
