500000 Stars! Today was my son's and my first visit to Metro Diner, Greenwood. Shane was our server. Let me just say..YUMMMM! Shane recommended every item on the menu, but definitely recommended the Chicken Benedict and my son ordered the Veggie Omelet with hashbrowns with our coffee AND after Shane's mention of the Jamaican Me Crazy coffee that was brewing, we ordered coffees to go. Needless to say, we left Metro stuffed and HAPPY! Hats off to the hard working person bussing the tables! Salute to the chef! SHANE, YOU PUT THE 'ROCK' IN 'ROCK 'N ROLL'!

I visited the North Port Metro Diner and the service was amazing, our server was on point and recommendations were as well! now whoever you got frying your chicken in the back almost got relocated to GA cause I sure wanted to take them home they know what they are doing back there!!! I found you have a location in Columbus, GA I will be making that 1.25 hr drive to come get more chicken and waffles with the honey hot sauce!!!! I usually don't leave reviews this detailed but OMG. I ate everything on my plate which NEVER happens! Y'all are definitely worth the drive!

Placed an order online and was charged for 4 of them, the young lady was quick to provide one of the best customer service. Will be returning.
Is this metro diner?Gets an absolute one.The reason is the cook sucks.You guys need help in the kitchen.But the cook's attitude is horrible.I waited forty minutes for a piece of chicken and a waffle. There were people walking out and canceling orders because of the slowness.There is no sense of urgency.You guys need help in the kitchen.I can't scream that loud enough.The cook's attitude is so horrible and he's so slow. Maybe he's doing the best that he can, but my God. I had to ask twice how long at the 20 minute mark and at the 33 minute mark. I asked if it's gonna take long just let me know and I'll cancel the order. What this place has to realize is that people who do DoorDash. In online orders cannot sit 30 minutes at a time waiting for food.. It is the lunch rush and if the establishment is not moving with the sense of urgency, there will be no people coming to pick up orders. And this company will be losing money. And you have to hire people who understand that and respect the hustle.

I ordered their southwest scramble to go. Love that they put the food in a tinfoil to go container. My food was hot when I made it home. Sadly, I did not enjoy the meal.The hash browns were undercooked. The food lacked flavor and the ingredients tasted bland.
