I highly recommend them! I was in charge of the catering for a work event and was very overwhelmed with deciding the menu, trying to figure out how much, & what would be included. I reached out to Alyssa from Roots with our head count and budget and she put together an INCREDIBLE menu that really impressed our guests! Without even asking, she included some gluten free and vegetarian options. They came in with everything they needed on hand and set up in 20 minutes.
