Capital Heights,MD. I just had the worst experience I have ever had. I had a representative tell me her app not working was not her problem and I quote “ I don’t want to deal with you just take the sandwich” I did not come to get a free meal. I was trying to use my birthday coupon that expires tomorrow. The manager was not on duty. After my experience 3 customers walked out. No excuse for this bad behavior. I will speak with the manager as soon as possible. No one deserves this kind of treatment.

Food is always pretty good. But it is quite literally consistently the worst customer service with the rudest employees. 3 separate occasions all with different employee interactions yet they are always standoffish, rude, and make you feel you are inconveniencing them when you order your food. They clearly don’t train employees on how to interact with customers and it’s always mind boggling to have these type of interactions. Save yourself the headache and choose one of the other 50 different options in optimist hall.

I don’t know if it’s the location or the actual place but I got a bowl of wet veggies and white rice and counted a total of 6 pieces of chicken. I paid $20 for a bowl of depressing soggy pieces of supposed edible contents. This made Cava feel like a a Michelin star restaurant. Service wasn’t terrible but I would never come back. If you come to Optimus hall and order for Mezeh, you are a Decepticon. The discovery of salt has not made it to this location because nothing had flavor.

I ordered a King Chicken at the Optimist hall location and it was the worst experience ever. In my first bite I got a huge piece of chicken bone that hurt my gun! The wrap was soggy, watery in the bottom, the chicken was just gross, not tasty at all. After two bites I pitched the whole thing, I was so grossed out that I didn't even want to go back there to ask for my money back. Stay away from this trap!

Mediterranean food is pretty much all I eat. I was looking forward to trying this. I ordered the Sultan bowl and give it a 3/5. It wasn’t bad … but paled in comparison to equivalent counter service Mediterranean like Yafo or Cava.
