I loved it. We ate at the Ballentine location and had a really nice time. The server was so nice, helped us with the menu. We had not been there before. I love Texas barbecue and she turned us on to some different family-style platters with brisket and ribs and burnt ends…it was great. I’m actually here right now in Charlotte while writing this review, and once again it’s just perfect! We come here every year, 2–3 times, and all I can say is that it’s the best in town. We never get tired of the amazing taste or the warm, friendly service. We’re Canadians and absolutely love this place. I just wish we lived closer! It’s such a casual and welcoming spot. We love this restaurant! Everything we order is always so delicious! We go at least 3 times a month . Jackie and Kat are always so personable and provide great service ever visit! We love to see them most Saturday nights ! Jack, the manager is so personable and makes sure our experience is top notch !
