Watered down and rotten milk tea and soggy boba

1st time there last Monday. Cute Lil spot connected to a Korean restaurant. I've heard AMAZING reviews about the food there as well. Will deff b trying next. Was sooo happy with the tiramisu and the Strawberry Green Tea. Super yummmy. B4 I left I got the Creme Brulee Brown Sugar Milk Tea. It was yummy as well. I deff recommend this spot if ur in the Pineville area. It's on the backside of McMullen Creek Shopping Center. ????????

Very good experience here! The tea is delicious. I ordered the shaved ice because I love shaved ice! It was actually shaved from a little cylinder and had the creaminess of ice cream but the consistency of noodles! Like vermicelli! Fragile and looked a bit like cotton candy or fiberoptics! Magical experience! Very good and had a great mouth feel.

It’s typical. Basically, the back of a restaurant is operating as a boba tea front. It’s clean and accessible but lacks character. The drinks were standard and super sweet. The price point was a bit on the higher side.

The worst customer service, especially the girl who make the tea..Milk tea was so plain, this place is getting worse and worse.. please hire someone who knows how to brew tea instead of steaming lining the tea process.

This place is attached to Bonchon. We took advantage of the buy one get one shaved ice special after lunch.Interestingly, their machine takes flavored liquid and makes it on the spot into the fluffy "snow" you get from Hawaiian or Taiwanese shaved ice. Yummy!

I really like their Mango and passion fruit green tea!

My experience - mediocre at best.We got pineapple green tea and strawberry green tea.Both of them are bad.Also, the toppings are very less.I used to go to gong Cha and I didn't find any other bubble tea shop in Charlotte to beat it.
