This place has changed a lot with their pizza recipe. They barely give you any pizza sauce. Our pizza had little to no marinara sauce just cheese and little ingredients. Please do a better job with making sure each pizza is getting pizza sauce. That is a key ingredient in pizza making.

This use to be my favorite pizza place in Charlotte. After new ownership it just has gone down hill. I’ve tried it twice recently and both times it was the same. The pizza is under cooked. They don’t deliver anymore and the people that work there seem as if they don’t want to be there.
Sadly, this place has changed ownership and now it’s completely different. Milano’s was one of my go-to’s for years. Their sandwiches, wraps, calzones and salads were amazing. Sadly now the menu is extremely limited to mostly pizza and I miss the old Milano’s. Wish the new owner had stuck with what worked well for years and what longtime customers enjoyed.
It’s so sad that this place had to be sold by the original owners. This literally use to be some of the best pizza in Charlotte. It’s not good anymore and the customer service is disappointing.DEFINITELY Not the Milanos we use to love
Can I give a zero? I ordered online at 845. Got a text saying order is being prepared and would get a text when order was out for delivery and it should arrive at 930. My card was charged. Never got a text. Called and "cashier" (her words not mine) said "oh, we arent taking online orders" I asked for a refund and she said she can't do that and I would have to contact the manager. No apology. So I'd encourage you to not order from this restaurant ever. Unless you like paying for food you never get and no one to care, if that's what you're looking for then THIS is the pefect place for you!

Terrible service!!! I placed an order over the phone for delivery and was told that eventhough their website said 42-52 mins it would be there sooner. Half of the order was delivered in 50 mins and my husband waited in the lobby of the hotel for 45 additional minutes after their customer service rep said the manager was delivering it himself in 5 minutes. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Seriously, listen to your reviews because someone working there is hurting your business.
How do you undercook the rolls again, even after I asked for them well done? How do you not provide the Caesar dressing with a salad, twice?
Should have listened to the reviews. First time ordering here. Ordered hot wings and got sweet Thai. Ordered pepperoni rolls and got cheese rolls with no pepperoni or marinara sauce. Ordered motz sticks and got burnt motz sticks and also no marinara sauce. The calzone was good but that also came with no marinara sauce. Ordered ranch and didn't get that either. Extremely disappointed. I suggest not risking it with this place. Sorry.

Ordered online. Showed up to the restaurant with no one there 12pm & even waited 30min. When I called later the guy who answered was not well equipped with customer service and didn't offer anything besides a refund. Wasted my time and gas, next time it may be smart to offer something to compensate your consumer when you mess up - to keep the business coming back and so you won't get a review like this. Thank you will not be returning.

Disappointed! I do big orders here but tonight just wasn’t it! Lady couldn’t communicate how long it was going to be until I asked for my order the second time!

I made an order at around 7:45 with an expected delivery time of 8:26 to 8:36. At around 8:45 i called to find out if the order was on its way and was told it should be delivered in about 10 min. So I call back at 9:20 to ask where is the order and whether or not I was going to be refunded for the nondelivered food. The lady on the phone told me the delivery person (I ordered through their website but I guess it was being delivered by door dash) was right there with my food and it wasn't her problem that it hadn't been delivered and then hung up. When i called back, no answer. So now I had no food and no way of contacting them short of driving there. Just as i am about to head down there miraculously my food shows up only 2 hours and 2 phone calls later. The food was luke warm but now it's almost 10 pm so I guess that is what it is. I should have learned my lesson when on the previous night I ordered a Ceasar salad and it came with no dressing at all.

We ordered through doordash, mozzarella sticks and mild wings. If you're hungry, order from somewhere else. The mozzarella sticks were overcooked and wings had no sauce. This is how you do business??? Thankfully, doordash refunded us our money, because this is beyond unacceptable.
