Ordered a pizza for pickup through the app. I arrived right at the scheduled time (13 minutes after placing order). The ticket was on the counter and they hadn’t even started the pizza. Don’t know how they forgot or why they didn’t make it. Restaurant wasn’t busy. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. During this time I witnessed two other customers who received incorrect pizzas. I’ve always like this place but not sure I will order from here again.

Two people working one guy making pizzas one in the back area filling up ranch bottles. No one looked up or acknowledged the line growing and growing. Drink area was filthy too . This place is going down hill

Provided a video for Mod Pizza I highly recommend MOD Pizza because it’s the only place we can get unlimited amount of toppings and they have quite a bit to choose from everything from spicy toppings to regular toppings to help the options like pineapple, spinach, lettuce, and their blue cheese is absolutely outstanding put on top of pizzas as well I give this place five stars due to the fact that I put the order in. It’s typically done within 10 to 15 minutes and I can come by and pick up pizza snap is always friendly always nice to me. They can always provide water and the prices are affordable around 10 bucks so I’ll keep coming back and I’ll recommend this place other people pizza places are out there, but this one is probably the best one

Unfortunately, my wife and I have observed a steep decline in service there over the past several months. We walked in tonight. Four or five employees looked like they were standing around and exhibited no sense of urgency to service us even though we were the only customers there. One guy was picking up pizza pans off the floor. We stood there at the counter for several minutes and no one came to serve us. We walked out and most likely will not return.
