I had placed a catering order online for my staff’s appreciation week. I had it placed to be delivered between 11:30-11:45, it didn’t show up until 12:17. I tried to call the number on the order and didn’t get a response. I then decided to call the store and try to get in touch with someone that way but got placed on hold. Then a number texted me saying they are calling the driver. Another number subsequently called me and didn’t even say who they were, so I asked and they said they were with Moes. I stated I’m on hold with someone trying to help me. Then I started getting a call from third number. I didn’t answer because I thought it was spam, but after the third time they rang I hung up the call on hold and answered. The driver was apologetic and stated that she was the only driver and had two deliveries at the time and the gm was suppose to give me a call to let me know but no one did. I am extremely upset and disappointed. My staff had a limited availability to eat lunch and had to scarf down the food and couldn’t appreciate this lunch. I will not ever cater an order here.

What ever happened to “Welcome to Moes”? I walked in for a burrito with no line in front of me. I was not greeted by any of the 3 people making online orders behind the counter. A simple hello would’ve been nice, but the one woman was obviously too busy talking on her headphones to be bothered. Clearly online orders and personal phone calls take precedence over real humans in front of your face. Love me some Moes, always have, but we’ll be a chipotle family from now on!

Took a while before we were even greeted, much less order taken. Moe's has gone down hill fast. Very small portions, higher prices, and poor quality food. Look at the pictures of what they served vs. what is advertised. Embarrassingly small, child size portion for $5 each. NOT EVEN CLOSE! MAJOR disappointment. Taco Bell does better. App always has issues. "Deals" on the app always can't be accessed because of "errors"! SMH...

Moe's Southwestern Grill on East Blvd. Is absolutely the best place to chill by yourself or with family and friends. Layed back atmosphere nice music friendly people & employees. Your always greeted with " Welcome To Moe's" and some big smiles from all employees. I have witnessed on several occasions how hard these employees hold it down. There are two employees that stand out because of their friendliness upbeat & positive energy wheter its a full house or slow paced. Even when its been weeks since i have been in to grab a bite i never have to say what i want its remembered. Now that says a lot about how much these employees pay attention to their customers.These two are always friendly taking time with every order placed to make sure it's made to the customers liking. Will be sure to advice customers to sign up for rewards before they leave. Now that deserves recognition so I would like to thank Juhwan & Kay. Because of you two I will always enjoy Moe's.. P.S. thanks for jumper cables when my car broke down.. Yall Are Awesome 💕

It’s a true shame what has happened to Moe’s because it has truly just been on a direct decline for the last 10 years. Increasing prices, decreasing portion size, poor service. Absolute shame the company has gone this direction but there is no reason for anyone to visit Moe’s when there are dozens of other businesses that CARE about their customers. Safe to say this is likely the last time I will be buying from Moe’s.

Grand re-opening with the same employees with bad attitudes.... They will skimp on portions then speak in Spanish about you when you question it. Do better by your customers!
This Moe’s branch is nothing short of appalling! I had a DoorDash delivery from them and the food tasted awful. I called them since this was the first time this had happened since I’ve ordered a couple of times, and the lady put me on hold saying she’s coming back. Never returned! Called back a couple of times and I’m sure they were dancing to the sound of the phone ringing! Never ordering from them again.
Food and service, as always, was fine. My only issue this trip was that recently Moe's did a rebrand, and as such the restaurant remodeled inside to reflect it. It wen from four or five booths that were almost always occupied while I was there to just two. Both of those booths were occupied with a catering order waiting to be picked up. Bad form, use one of the tables to stack that stuff.

The quality of service and food has changed. My family ate there at least 3 days a week. The young ladies who work in the restaurant are rude. The rice is hard as if they didn't cook it all the way through. Instead of receiving the scoop of rice and beans they are using 2oz, they are giving half that scoop 1oz. It costs to eat out, and people expect quality service and food. The beans are often times hard, not cooked all the way through, and the adobo chicken is dry. The chips are stale. They sit out all day uncovered. They should be thrown out if they aren't used in an appropriate time. The girls preparing your food likes to argue with customers when you ask for extras, which I'm not going to do, so I will not be back. I recommend a different Moe's or Chipotle, that's where I'll be going.
