The food is on the pricey side for what you get, and the quality is okay. I won't be going back because of all the extra sales tax added on. I'm guessing it's a Marriott thing, because what even is a county tax?! The food already cost too much, and then you're adding an extra 5 lines of taxes, AND y'all still expect a tip after all that?! Maybe start putting all those taxes into some wages. So far, this is the only place I know of in Charlotte that taxes...
It's a great place for downtown with a number of options. The food was okay. My son and husband had burgers, and my daughter got spaghetti and meatballs, which were super salty. I got the grilled ginger chicken bowl with white rice and Kung poa sauce. We spent about $25 per person just know that you are paying for the location, not the food.
Had a large take out order, one of my coworkers items were missing, the to-go desk folks walked where we needed to go and got it fixed, no questions asked. The environment is upbeat, food was delicious.
