The fried food like the chicken and fish always give me the runs .the collards are bland the corn bread is always too wet and soft .

They had the BEST GRITS I have EVER HAD!!! I enjoyed the entire meal but the grits! The server was a pleasure, I believe her name was Camille. She was very knowledgeable about the goings on, very friendly and just all around lovely.

FLOUNDER WAS EXCELLENT...potato salad taste like my Mom cooked it...and she was a GREAT cook !!! Crab cake was surprisingly really good !!!

I have been here at least ½ dozen times, dined in and take out. Every experience has been different and the food quality and taste have been inconsistent. I love supporting this business but definitely not pleased with the cost of the food or quality- my last meal was baked chicken, mac cheese and yams. The yams were plentiful and tasty but everything else was terrible. The mac and too much cheese had no flavor and the baked chicken bland and overcooked. The service is always good - nice hosts and attentive waiters. Will not be back soon unless someone else is paying.

My family and I celebrated my cousin's 50th birthday here at the Dalton location on 10/4/25. The food was delicious and the server (Fabian) was awesome. He has pretty white teeth too lol. The DJ (Rhamm) was doing what a DJ is supposed to do, he kept the atmosphere right where it needed to be. Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend Mr. Charles ❤️🥰

Jasmine, the bartender, charges whatever she wants on the bill and carries it with an attitude when customers point it out. She also refused to serve me ice tea while I waited for my food, despite having already paid for it. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with her. I’ve been to all three locations and vow never to return. I support local businesses and refuse to spend my money where I don’t feel welcome.

This place was amazing! The fish and chicken was so good. The cornbread was the best ive ever had in my life. No other compares not even mine. Lol. We will be back every time we are in town.

Super chill place to either sit at the bar for a quick bite, dine-in with folks in town or just to grab something to-go. Regardless of what you choose to do, the food is GOODT!!! 👌 When I have a taste for some fried chicken or fried okra, I come here because it's never too salty and always has the PERFECT crunch to season factor 🤌 *chef's kiss* Plus the ladies behind the bar are always a vibe and very hospitable! My new favorite go-to spot for some good country cooking!! ❤️

Delicious chicken and fried fish. They had a DJ which I loved it but the sound system was too loud and it hurt my ear. I would stay there longer and have more cocktails but I left after 1 drink. Bartender makes good martinis!
