Love coming here for after work drinks! Kinslee was amazing and suggested a new cocktail for me, the satanic panic, AMAZING for gin drinkers
Great cocktails, besides being in camp northend the atmosphere is just alright.
Low key the best burger in Charlotte, people don’t talk about it, but the burger here taste so so clean, high quality beef, and the proportions are perfect. There are good smash burgers at Surefire but this burger is superior in quality to places like Harriet’s and Aces.

Food was great. Service was better! Rebecca is a star and was very attentive to our large party. Solid menu with wide array of options for all diets and preferences. Drink menu is diverse and has various mocktails for those so inclined. Great first visit at Room Service and we will be back!

Room Service offers a great vibe with friendly staff and cool decor. The atmosphere is inviting and clean, with a curated aesthetic. The food is bomb, with inventive and satisfying dishes. The potato on a stick with phenomenal sauce was a standout. The Jeff Goldblum and Fairuza cocktails come highly recommended. The French fries with brisket was so good, and the sandwiches were yummy. Diners enjoyed a decadent browned butter vanilla cheese cake with a cinnamon cream on top. The vibes and aesthetic were awesome. Food and drinks were great. Service was top notch. Great spot with great natural sunlight in a cool area. Amazing drinks, phenomenal staff and wonderful service. The cocktails did not disappoint. All in all, it was a great meal in a fun atmosphere. Room Service is a hands-down winner with potential for improvement in drink pricing.
