I'm very sad that I have to write this review because I love Mr Charles food. However we recently moved on this side of town. After going to the Statesville location and uptown location for years. Which everyone know that Statesville use to be so busy.cambridge commons gotta do better. I never had this issue of having to wait over 30 mins for croaker meal after calling it in. I enjoy the ambience with their Friday Adult Karaoke, but their communication with large parties about the entire or half the party being there and not telling that you have 15min or the table will be taken away was not told to my party. I’ve been before but too many parties have walked out because it wasn’t organized better. I may have to take a break from this restaurant for a little bit.
