They updated the seating, creating a cozy atmosphere. Their wings are indeed a delight. Even when it's bustling, they persistently strive to provide excellent bar service. I cherish this spot for its authentic, cool vibes.

We came in on Wednesday for the first time although we heard mixed reviews about place. The grilled shrimp was great, drinks were cheap but delicious, but our server Jasmine was the highlight and the reason we will be coming back. We are of mature age so the crowd was different from we are used to, but Jasmine made us feel super comfortable and like we were the only people in the room. Top tier service, we will be back!

NC Tavern is really trying hard to rebrand itself and they have made significant investments in renovations and interior decor and TVs and lighting. They have increased the servers, but more customer service training is needed. The food is great though I will say that. Overall, I like it and I venture here sometimes. A for effort 👌

Parking: Overflow parking available

Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't take the kids after dark for sure.
