These folks just don’t care. Orders wrong. The app will take your order and give you a time for pickup and you show up and they just say they didn’t get it, even with text confirmation from their system.no apologies or any desire to assist. Food is good. But these folks just do not care about customers. This is the 3rd time this has occurred.

Wish I lived closer I would go here multiple times a week. Delicious bagels (made from scratch and boiled), cream cheese, pizza, sandwiches (breakfast sammies as well). If you desire a real New York deli, this is your place. The owner is from Long Island. Can vouch at this places authenticity.

I tried the chicken salad croissant and it was amazing. The bagels are truly NY style bagels and everything in there is awesome. The atmosphere is awesome and the owner is awesome. He is in there working right alongside his employees. The place is awesome and the food is even better. I'd recommend the chopped cheese. I'd recommend anything in there It's all good.

The lox bagel sandwich is a pretty hefty price for a pretty hefty sandwich. It’s definitely a must try and a must share. Like share with another person and share some of the cream cheese with another bagel. This is my second time here and I would definitely come back if I wanted a good lox and bagel sandwich. Next time I’ll ask for a little less cream cheese.

Just moved to Charlotte (from CHI and NYC before that) and was on the hunt for actually good bagels. Found this place on google and made the trip to pick up some everything bagels & cream cheese to-go. They didn’t disappoint! They toast up nice and crispy on outside with yummy soft inside. Bagels are really big. Only had the everything ones (so far, will be back to get others when I run out) but seasoning on them is great too. Recommend this spot if you’re looking for actual NY-style bagels!

A tad pricey (what isn’t these days?) but in my opinion (and speaking as a decades-long bagel aficionado from up north), the best bagels in the South Charlotte area. Coffee is very good too!

We LOVE this place!! The NY style pizza is delicious. I brought my friend from Arizona here to try the Chorizo Egg & Cheese bagel and she said she still dreams about it.
And the chopped cheese? INCREDIBLE
