Niki’s is the reason I keep dashpass active. They have consistently good food at reasonable prices.

I’ve ordered quite a few times and haven’t had a single issue. My order has always been exactly as I put it in (not my experience at other places), and the amount of food you get is great for the price.

The food is decent, but the older cashier is very rude. I got home and realized my order was wrong. They gave me pork, and the person I got It for doesn’t eat pork. We called, and It was a lot of back and forth about replacing the food. They finally told me come back tomorrow. I went back with the entire plate so they could see It wasn’t eaten and we didn’t have an issue getting a new plate of food. I wasn’t rude with her at all. I simply said “hey, I called in yesterday...

Been coming here from years. Born and raised in Charlotte. This place is a beatties ford Charlotte classic! But the people are so rude that work there!!!! I mean horrible!!!! I literally can’t stand dealing with them. Every time I come and I don’t come but maybe once a year. Every year the same thing. Horrible customer.
