The best barbecue in the city. Brisket is the best in town, best old fashioned and onion rings. The customer service it is premium. Everyone has a big smile from the host to the waitress assistant. Managers on top of the quality of the food. Great food presentation, restaurant super clean big plus there.
Amazing BBQ! Great flavor, great texture and a smoke ring to die for. Everything tasted amazing sides, meat and sauces. Being from Texas and a bbq snob this place is definitely doing it right! We got to tour the smoke house as well. This is a must try and we will definitely be back.
As a true Texan, who was visiting in Charlotte last weekend, I had to try your Brisket after reading the story on your webpage, I have eaten at Franklins & Snow's in Texas, your Brisket is top 5 anywhere, so good that I indulged and got a 2nd order, Mac & Cheese was outstanding, Service & Atmosphere were excellent.
