I used to love noodles and company, but over the years they've really lost their touch. I ordered the BBQ chicken mac and cheese which was served with COLD barbecue sauce on top. The heat from the chicken and noodles had no chance of heating it so the dish became a very unpleasant experience. We had to ask for silverware, and our server seemed annoyed that we were even ordering food. The prices have gone up and the portions have gone down. The walls had missing paint. Overall...

First time here. Maybe the employees were having a bad day, but they didn't seem happy being there. When your kitchen is exposed for customers to see, appearance means everything. Also, I ordered the Spicy Korean Steak Noodles dish, and the amount of food was a little compared to the amount of food my wife got. She ordered the Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo.

Food is amazing and they have a lot of options. The service is fast and polite; a rare thing in many restaurants and cities. The interior is nice and welcoming, but loses a point because it has such a prepackaged franchised look.
