Coffee, great! Customer service... right before close not so great... stopped here right before a concert just for a quick pick me up. Employees whispering and giggling to each other when my group walked in & looking at us while doing so. Employees had nasty faces while waiting for our orders & one walked away completely because we didn't have our order. Can be pricey, but the drinks are well worth it. My new favorite coffee shop in Charlotte. Best coffee and matcha! Staff is sweet and cares about the quality of what they’re serving (-:
